WeWorld sta rispondendo all’emergenza globale Covid-19 nei nostri 29 paesi, per garantire la sicurezza di tutti gli operatori a livello globale, inclusi i nostri EU Aid Volunteers.

Abbiamo sospeso le partenze previste dei volontari: viaggiare è uno dei veicoli principali del contagio ed è nostra responsabilità salvaguardare tutti i nostri collaboratori e le nostre comunità.

I volontari e le volontarie attualmente all’estero ricevono aggiornamenti costanti da noi e dalle organizzazioni che li ospitano.

Per il momento non è possibile candidarsi per partire, mentre chi avesse inviato la propria candidatura per le posizioni prima dell’emergenza Covid-19, verrà ricontattato nelle prossime settimane.

WeWorld GVC has activated a Crisis Management Team, in order to guarantee the security of WeWorld staff, operators and our EU Aid Volunteers at a global level. We are assessing the situation of operations worldwide and responding consequently to the Covid-19 outbreak.

We have suspended all volunteers’ deployments, of whatever origin and provenance: travelling is one of the main vehicles of the spread of the virus. It is our responsibility to guarantee safety and security of our collaborators and their communities.

Our EU Aid Volunteers are continuously receiving updates from us and from the hosting organizations.

For the moment, it is not possible to apply for deployments. However, in the next few days, we will contact whoever has already sent the application before the Covid-19 outbreak.

As soon as the situation permits, we will open the EU Aid Volunteers vacancies. We will publish updates and information on our website and social networks, follow us.
